From the main system, open the account menu at the top right and select Portal view. This opens the employee workspace. The menu brings together announcements, notifications, tasks, feedback, workflows, required documents, uploads and competency.

Start at Home and review the announcements. Use View or Read more to open the full message where available. Return to the left menu to continue with your assigned work.

Notifications bring together messages about assigned work and system activity. Search for a relevant item and use View to inspect it. This example is filtered to a demonstration task.

Open Tasks to find your work. The list shows the subject, category, status and creation date. Use View to inspect an item. Check open work regularly and follow your organisation’s priorities and deadlines.

The task detail shows its instructions, status, priority and scheduled date. Read what is required before acting. Use the message area to add a relevant update or ask for clarification. Keep progress and supporting information accurate; confirm completion only when the work is done.

Workflows lists work assigned to you or your team. Check the workflow name, task status and due date, then open the item. Follow its instructions and complete an attached form where one is provided. Keep overdue work visible to the responsible person.

Required documents shows the compliance documents assigned to you and their acknowledgement status. Check the current version and open each document that requires attention. A new version requires a fresh acknowledgement, even if you acknowledged an earlier version.

Review the full document before selecting I have read and understood this document. Ask for clarification if the content is unclear. The acknowledgement records your confirmation; it should reflect what you have actually read and understood.

In Feedback, choose Record feedback. Enter a clear title, date, type, location and explanation, and attach supporting files where useful. Portal feedback feeds Reporting and Feedback management for review by the responsible team. Check your report before submitting it.

My uploaded documents lets you submit licences, certificates and other evidence. Enter the document details and dates, select a competency link where relevant, attach the file and add supporting details. Submit for review sends the evidence for the appropriate checks.

My competency brings together the requirements configured for your role and routes for submitting evidence. This account currently has no role requirements defined. Ask your manager if something is missing; an empty requirements list does not establish competence.

Use Submit missing competency to describe relevant training, qualifications or experience. Select the competency and enter the achieved date, expiry where applicable and supporting details. The submission awaits manager approval. Upload evidence where needed and follow up any outstanding review.
